Mini Retreat: The Sunday Reset

The Sunday Reset is an intentional afternoon designed to gently guide you out of the busyness of your week and into a more grounded, spacious state before the next one begins.

This experience blends a gentle pilates flow to release jitters or angst, slow yin yoga, supported restorative postures, meditation, guided journaling, all with a warm cup of tea to help your body and mind downshift out of a busy pace and into a calmer state.

This is for folks who feel:

  • overstimulated

  • burned out

  • constantly in output mode

  • holding invisible stress

  • last on their to-do list

Just two hours, intentionally placed at the end of your week.

It’s long enough to truly unwind but short enough to feel accessible, even in a full life. You don’t need to carve out an entire weekend or step away from all of your responsibilities as its a brief pause on your Sunday afternoon to fill your cup.
