The Well Being Retreat

A weekend of immersive practices to have you feeling well.

Join me for 3 days, 2 nights of movement + mindfulness. We’ll spend the weekend recharging through intentionally moving our bodies through yoga + pilates, breathwork, contrast therapy with sauna + cold plunging, meditation, spending time in nature, eating nourishing food and more.

Location: Nectar Yoga Retreat, Bowen Island (Nex̱wlélex̱m). Just a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay! Nectar is a Scandinavian inspired retreat centre, with beautiful and modern cottage accommodation built in the quiet of an alder forest.
