  • Cheyenne’s retreat at Nectar was exactly what my soul needed. The two days were grounding, restorative, and filled with intention. Her movement practices invited deep peace and presence. Cheyenne held space with such warmth and care. Every detail felt so thoughtfully curated — from the rhythm of each movement session and the heartfelt conversations over meals to the quiet, reflective moments in nature. I left feeling lighter, nourished, and deeply inspired. Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience!!!

  • "I am constantly going to my kids' activities or working on the weekends and I haven't truly been able to give myself permission to slow down. I barely checked my phone and even started a new book. It's so simple how these practices truly help. Thanks Cheyenne for making it less complicated than it seems".

  • Cheyenne has a beautiful ability to translate her years of yoga, pilates, and mindfulness practices into a wonderfully grounding weekend retreat. I leave every session feeling deeply reflective, peaceful, empowered and curious to see what will come up for me in her next class. She is able to teach to every body that comes to the mat too. I have come to see that Cheyenne has cultivated a beautiful community of people who return to attend her retreats year on year and I truly believe that is the biggest testament to her excellence as a practitioner. Also, her music selection is impeccable, everyone's always asking for her playlists.

Meet your Host

Hosting retreats came to me as natural next step to offering people opportunities to feel better as a yoga and pilates instructor. Looking back to my teens and 20’s, I was always wanting to create an “experience” for others. Whether it be curated music, a theme to the meal, bringing goodies to enhance the day; this type of generosity is where I feel purpose.

Rejuvenation happens, for me, when I can step away from my everyday norm, get outside of the confines of my home and intentionally experience something different. I’m a fulfilled but tired mom, a business owner, daughter, friend and wearing other hats… simpatico?

My teaching style is clear, approachable, and easy to follow. I use language that helps everyone (complete beginners to experienced practitioners) feel comfortable and supported. I teach from a modern, accessible perspective, without spiritual language or expectations. The movement practices throughout this weekend are designed to help you feel relaxed, energized, and at home in your body.
