I use and teach the practice of movement as a way to press pause on the stories we carry and instead, marry the mind to the body.

My personal intention is to exist as a well being. I wish to live as simply and consciously as possible - and to share what I know to be true from moving the body and from mindfulness practices.

I like moving on and off of a mat; walking, hiking, paddle boarding, trying out a new fitness studio. Beyond movement, I have a deep love of reading, cooking, and sustainable ways of living. I live in a tiny home, snuggled between some trees in BC, Canada.
