Itinerary
Part 1
Ease into your body with an all levels yoga practice - think Hatha Yoga. Eventually we transition into Pilates in which we elevate the music, your heartbeat and energy.
Break
Lounge in the lodge with a cup of tea and your book or journal. Sit by the creek in the alder forest. Or leave the venue and venture about Bowen Island.
Part 2
Decompress with a grounding yin yoga practice followed by guided, calming breathwork and Yoga Nidra meditation.
